If y'all told me a year ago that I'd stand this close to the one and only Yung Gravy for free a year ago, I never would've believed y'all but I'm so glad I got this opportunity! Thank you Campus Activity Board and Thank You Yung Gravy For Giving Us An Amazing Show! (Girls thumb in front of me and pictures where you can see me in the crowd for reference!) Yung Gravy sprayed water on my face, which was the most refreshing splash of water ever!

I also got to see the first little bit of the Football Game and I honestly had so much fun! I wanted to make a post dedicated to this concert but I'll post some more photos from this week and weekend later so stay tuned. It's a great day to be a Bronco! (Feel free to dm me for clips from this performance if you missed it!)

🤎💛First Week Of Fall 2025 Semester Was A Success💛🤎

First pic is from right before Bronco Bash and my appointment preceding it in the morning. Second pic is a body dumped right outside North/South Kohrmon?!?! Looks like a cool project though, I like it.

Classes have officially started which means I'm five classes deep and technically have 3 jobs because I'm in the process from switching from VDC to my new position at the LBGT center so wish me luck. I'm on to bigger things. I'm taking Black and White Photography, Apparel Construction 1, Writing about Art, Design Principles, and Discovery With Data. If we have classes together, don't be a stranger, and feel free to ask me to work together with you on projects and having group study sessions!

I have art on display @outfront_kzoo for the month and I should be able to design for MODA's Fashion show again this semester! Life is going good and I'm proud of myself. I'd also like to take some time to thank everyone who showed me love at my art bazaar booth at Outfront last Saturday again, I appreciate y'all so much and I enjoyed meeting all y'all both browsers and shoppers as well as my fellow artists. See y'all soon at Fall Fab Fest to any fellow WMU student attending!

"Papa Gnome's Swing" For Our Final Prompt Of August Adventures. Thank you so much to the hosts of this wonderful challenge, I had so much fun participating.

Jack and The Beanstalk is a classic tale from everyone's childhood but imagine if said Beanstalk had a swing attached to it. Now imagine if @papa_gnome1969 was swinging on it. He's a great guy and I miss getting to see him everyday when we were working in the same building so I hope he sees this and it puts a smile on his face.

What I will say is I nearly forgot to get a picture today because honestly, I've just been taking today to rest and clean some for the most part which was much needed but I also purchased my textbooks, sorted more things for school, did my August Adventures Prompt for the week (stay tuned), and ate two good meals. Like I didn't even bother putting my jewelry in, well I did but it didn't stay in very long.

It's crazy as you get older, your idea of a good time on your birthday changes like I ate an Ice Cream Cake and then my friends drove straight through a tornado to get to the closest ones house for safety where we played board games till the coast was clear on my 20th birthday. For my 21st, I started the day putting down a tattoo deposit and getting my septum and my eyebrow pierced and then we played Bojack Monopoly and I ended my night with my first legal drink before moving to start at Western the next morning. Today, however, a relaxed day of self care was just what I needed and it was great. I mean I miss my friends back home but it was still a great day!

My upcoming events! I'll have a couple of original 8.5×11 artworks available however less than I thought since two got the opportunity to be on display at Outfront Kalamazoo! Also 3.5×5, 5×7 and 8×10 prints. As well as stickers and magnets! I'll also have a notebook on me for you to commission me for anything you might like and I can log it and get it to you at a later date but you can also always dm me for commissions at any time!

"Spooked By The Music" For Week 3 Of The August Adventures Challenge Ancient/Trinkets.

So to be honest this one was really hard to think of an idea for that went at least somewhat with both themes. I decided I was going to go with a sort of vintage music box for my drawing because I thought of the scene from Tinkerbell but then I thought ooo what about making my cat as a music box then I was like no...

But that one sketch of the spooked cat in your sketch book as a black cat would be cool since that myth is as old as time and then black cats and pumpkins go together because of Halloween which while I'm sad this summer is coming to an end so soon I'm very excited for halloween. Go figure I turn a summer art prompt into a Halloween one.

This lighting makes the drawing look 10× lighter than it is in person but the purple wallpaper is inspired by those vintage wallpapers with black and a deep dark shade of a color if you know what I'm talking about, definitely didn't draw nearly that much detail with the black parts though.

🍍🍫My Sweet Little Snickers Bar Is In Her Pineapple Cone Of Shame Era🍫🍍

It was nice being home this week and visiting my sweet little cats, Snickers and Sir Puff but I'm excited Tigress and I are moving into our first place of our own on Sunday. This summer flew by too quickly but I'm excited for the opportunities the next school year holds for me.

"Caught in the Rain" My Week 2 Submission to the August Adventures 2025 Challenge: Meadow/Rain.

This drawing is me the day I first got my chest binder while I was in the closet as a high schooler, the trans joy was real, I was even wearing my favorite skinny jeans I had. I felt confident in a way I never had before. Still though, despite the colorful opportunities growing at my feet, I found myself in the rain. I love rain, but I think I grew my love for it because of the connection to my mental health at the time. I felt so disconnected in my former pre transition body and was upset even with my chest binder, I was still no where near flat chested but I was more confident than I was without it so it was better than nothing.

I wish I could tell my younger self to look at those bright opportunities at his feet and that it's going to be okay. You'll get to be Felix, your true self some day despite how it feels right now I promise. Till then rock that cute little bob and embrace your cute little thigh gap while you have it.

It was actually so fun drawing a different body type even if it was still just me drawing a self portrait as if my younger self was in a raining meadow. It's interesting and fun to see how much I've changed over the years both looks and otherwise. This version of myself would never believe we're in art school right now because their high school art teacher made it seem that it'd never be an option for them, he would be so happy to hear it though.
